Please review each section before submitting your registration. Select a heading to expand or collapse its details.

Fee Structure and Attendance Policy
  1. The monthly fee is CAD $113 and includes 4 scheduled classes per month for all programs except TechSmart, which has separate pricing. Class schedules for all programs, including WisTransformers, are arranged based on student availability and confirmed before enrollment.
  2. Monthly fees reserve your child's seat in the program and are not calculated on an hourly or per-class basis.
  3. Monthly tuition covers student enrollment, instructor allocation, curriculum access, learning support, administrative services, and program resources throughout the billing period.
  4. If a student is absent from a scheduled class, NextWis Digital Skills Education may offer Make-Up Classes when available.
  5. Additional Support Classes may be provided when academic support is required.
  6. There are no additional charges for approved Make-Up Classes or Support Classes.
  7. Make-Up Classes and Support Classes are provided as a courtesy and are offered at the sole discretion of NextWis Digital Skills Education. Availability depends on instructor schedules, class capacity, and operational requirements and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
  8. NextWis Digital Skills Education reserves the right to modify schedules, instructor assignments, class groupings, delivery methods, learning resources, or program structures when reasonably necessary for educational or operational purposes.
Fee Refund Policy
  1. Monthly fees are charged to reserve a student's seat, instructor allocation, learning resources, and ongoing program participation.
  2. Once a billing period has started and a student has attended their first scheduled class of that billing period, fees for that billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  3. Attendance at any class during a billing period does not create eligibility for a full or partial refund, as tuition is charged on a monthly enrollment basis rather than on a per-class basis.
  4. If a student withdraws during a billing period after attending one or more classes, no refund will be issued for any remaining classes within that billing period.
  5. Refund requests resulting from absences, vacations, travel, scheduling conflicts, extracurricular activities, personal commitments, technical issues on the student's side, or other non-program-related reasons cannot be accommodated once the billing period has commenced.
  6. No refunds will be issued for classes already attended, partially completed billing periods, unused classes, or completed months of enrollment.
  7. Any refund that may be required under applicable legislation shall be processed in accordance with the requirements of that legislation.
Important Notes
  1. Please review the NextWis Program Guide for detailed information regarding curriculum, learning pathways, student expectations, technology requirements, attendance expectations, and program policies.

  3. Parents or guardians may assist students with account setup, software installation, login procedures, and technical troubleshooting when required.

  5. If you wish to withdraw from the program, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing by replying to an official NextWis email or by emailing the designated NextWis contact address.
  6. A minimum of 14 days' written notice is required to cancel future enrollment and avoid charges for the next billing cycle.
  7. Cancellation requests become effective only after written confirmation has been provided by NextWis Digital Skills Education.
  8. Submission of a registration form indicates a genuine intention to enroll in the selected program. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review all program information, schedules, fees, equipment requirements, and policies before registering.
  9. Registration approval does not guarantee final enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only after applicable enrollment requirements, including payment obligations, have been satisfied.
  10. Program seats are limited and may be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. NextWis Digital Skills Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine, or reschedule classes when necessary due to operational, enrollment, instructor, or educational considerations.
  11. By registering for a NextWis program, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted the program policies, fee structure, attendance requirements, refund policy, and cancellation procedures.
